USTFA 2017 Fall Conference

Planning for the USTFA 2017 Fall Conference is underway, and we would like to invite you to participate in our trade show. This year the conference, held jointly with the Idaho Aquaculture Association, will be in Twin Falls, Idaho from September 21-23, 2017 at the Red Lion Hotel.  Here is the exhibitor contract and conference brochure, and here is a link to online registration. Below are some considerations when contracting for a space:

  1. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration for each booth includes a booth area approximately 10 by 8 feet, skirted table, and 2 chairs.
  2. Total payment, independent of the number of booths, includes 2 full registrations per exhibiting company (sessions, all meals, breaks, and reception). The tour on Saturday September 23 is an additional fee. Please be sure to mark which events your reps will attend.
  3. The breaks will be in the trade show area. This should help bring attention to your display.
  4. Please note that if you need electricity, you may require an extension cord.  Please plan to bring one if you plan to use electricity.

If you wish to have more than two reps, additional reps can be added on the vendor registration form. There is also an option of sending materials only, which will be displayed for you.

Want to sponsor an event at the conference? Here’s your chance! Sponsors are noted in the program, on a sign at the registration table, and on a sign at the event they sponsor. If you would like to sponsor an event, please contact the USTFA office.

Don’t forget we also hold a raffle. Any donated items will be gladly accepted.
