The United States Trout Farmers Association (USTFA) has added a page to their newly develop website that offers trout recipes as well as preparation and handling tips.

The recipes are displayed by the following categories:

• Soups & Chowders
• Entrées
• Stuffing for Trout
• Sauces for Trout

Additionally, visitors can find tips for handling fresh and frozen trout as well as preparation pointers for a variety of methods used for cooking trout.
