- 1 lb minced steelhead meat
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp minced dried onion
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Pinch of mustard powder
- Pinch of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mold into patties or meatballs, depending on what you want to make.
- Cook over medium heat till cooked through in a lightly oiled pan (or use butter for extra flavor).
- Layer patty on seeded whole grain bread with radish, arugula, Gouda cheese, mayo, and a sweet and spicy sauce of your choice.
