NOAA has announced the advertisement of an Education and Outreach Specialist position ZA-1701-03, in the West Coast Region, Regional Administrator’s Office. This important position will be located in Seattle (WA), Lacey (WA), Portland (OR), Boise (ID), Sacramento (CA), Santa Rosa (CA) or Long Beach (CA) and will serve as the WCR’s Education and Outreach Coordinator. Responsibilities include promoting, coordinating, and improving education policies, programs, and standards; developing and delivering curriculum based on NOAA research and management topics, and setting up and supporting opportunities for student internships with NOAA. The announcement will be open 1/3/24 to 1/16/24.
