Webinar Overview:

The Endangered Species Act provides a program for the conservation of threatened and endangered animals and plants and the habitats in which they are found. This webinar will provide an overview of the Endangered Species Act and cover recent developments related to federal regulation revisions, litigation, mitigation requirements, federal administration transition, and the Section 7 consultation process, highlighting considerations specific to the United States aquaculture community.
